Wise 2086 Electronic Professional Tension Head

Still going perfectly after 23 years and an awful lot of use on a good old Prince Neos 1000. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I have owned my Wise 2086 since 2016. It is now July 2020 and I string approximately 25-30 racquets per month with the Wise 2086, even strung for some top ATP world tour pros on this machine. It has worked perfectly every single time. True accurate tension and really easy to use. No regrets. Go for it!

Great machine. For four years, I have been using my Pro's Pro Pioneer I drop weight stringing machine and I have now upgraded it with the Wise 2086. I just can't say how happy I am. It saves my time and it is so easy to use. It can be operated with only one hand. Before, I needed two hands with the drop weight while releasing the string from gripper. With the Wise 2086, it does everything with a press of a button. In future, my next upgrade will be automatic clamps and so I am just waiting for stock. After placing an order, I got the machine delivered in only three days and I am very satisfied with all of Racquet Depot UK's service.

I used this to convert a drop-weight machine Centering / Eagnas. Easy to fit. Works smoothly and effortlessly. The Wise 2086 puts much less strain on the string due to the diablo; no more slippage of strings through the clamp or super squashed strings. Pleasure to use. The machine was delivered promptly the next day. I've been using it about two months for around three racquets per week.

I was using a drop weight machine for stringing badminton racquets but then decided to invest in an electronic machine, in order to do the job more precisely and save time. I am very satisfied and also now save around 10 to 15 minutes per racquet to string and my clients are also happy as they notice a positive small difference in strings. Highly recommended for those stringing more than 3 or 4 racquets per week.

The Wise 2086 is a very well-finished product in a compact package. The head does not need frequent calibration, and has all the bells and whistles that much more expensive heads advertise, such as multiple tightening speed and pre-stretch options. The linear pull is very smooth, and with the included Diablo makes for a very smooth stringing experience. I also have to commend both Racquet Depot UK and the Wise representatives for their excellent after-sales service, as they dealt with a small problem I had very efficiently. I added the optional foot-pedal for more comfort, and I'm not disappointed!
