The Donjoy Tru-Pull Lite Knee Brace incorporates a patented technology of independent pull straps, which apply a 'true' and consistent pull on the patella during flexion and extension, thereby realigning the patella. The Tru-Pull Lite is DonJoy’s most comfortable, low profile and shortest patellofemoral brace, yet strong enough to relieve pain. Recommended for acute mild to moderate anterior knee pain, support for patella instability, lateral subluxation and maltracking. The Tru-Pull Lite is ideal for the female patient.

- 8.5” length design keeps the brace at a minimum size, but with maximum power to pull the patella into alignment
- A Patented Dual Durometer Buttress System provides a consistent corrective force on the patella during activity
- New moisture wicking mesh fabric is breathable and hypoallergenic to increase patient comfort
- Semi flexible nylon hinges included with every brace to provide moderate medial/lateral support

Tru-Pull Lite Knee Bracing is measured 15cm up from the middle of your knee cap. Then measure the circumference around your thigh at that point.

Torn ACL and Meniscus, used this support in recovery, good support and when on the ground grappling it doesn’t cut in too much. Not much slippage and quite comfortable sometimes. The knee stitched edge cuts in a bit but I guess it is to be expected, after 45 minutes of grappling. Kicking is okay, no problems, but cycling can become a bit uncomfortable. The side stabilisers are good but a bit fiddly to remove, however, this being said, would buy again if needed.
