The Sports Hinged Knee is a neoprene alternative constructed of a unique nylon core and polyester Lycra fabric that allows for improved airflow. Sports Hinged Knee Bracing is measured 15cm up from the middle of your knee cap. Then measure the circumference around your thigh at that point.
