Comfortable, light and does the job!

Pros: provides sufficient support without restricting movement.
Cons: 1) Not too bulky when wearing running shoes but can be a little tight in football boots.
2) The velcro tabs are easy to lose so once you are comfortable with the placement, sew a few stitches just to keep them from falling off when you aren't wearing it.
