We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you add any item to the Cart, our system will work out the shipping prices and delivery services available based on the items in the Cart. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping and delivery times will vary.

Note that all the shipping rates for all items that we sell are weight-based therefore heavier items will be more expensive, particulary internationally. We use a variety of shipping providers and couriers to deliver goods and some items are delivered directly from the distributors.

UK

Customers can choose a Royal Mail service only if the weight is less than 5KGs, otherwise, a courier option will be shown. 1st Class Standard is only available to orders under £25. If the items in the Cart are worth more than £25 then 1st Class Standard will not be available and only signed for options will become available. If the items in the Cart are worth less then £25, then any option may be chosen, however, we always recommend a signed for option as we take no responsibility for items lost in the post.

Items larger than 5KGs or too big in size will be shipped by courier. In some cases, if Special Delivery is chosen, the item may still be shipped by a courier to guarantee the item arrives next day. For more information on items that can arrive next day, please see the Express Delivery page.


Worldwide

Customers can choose a Royal Mail service only if the weight is less than 2KGs, otherwise, a courier option will be shown. Airmail is only available to orders under £35. If the items in the Cart are worth more than £35 then Standard Airmail will not be available and only signed for services will be available. If the items in the Cart are worth less then £35, then any option may be chosen, however, we always recommend a signed for option as we take no responsibility for items lost in the post.

Items larger than 2KGs or too big in size will be shipped by courier. For more information on items that will be dispatched within 24 hours by courier, please see the Express Delivery page.


Delivery Times

The above table shows the delivery times after your order has been dispatched. Dispatch time is 3 working days unless your order is eligible for Express Delivery.
