| Order Status | Description
|
| Pending | Your order is queued in our system and is waiting to be processed by our Order Management Team. |
| Awaiting Payment | Your order has been entered into our system following successful security clearance, however payment has not cleared yet. |
| Awaiting Fulfillment | Your order is being processed. Typically your order will be on this status for up to 3 working days after payment has been received. |
| Awaiting Pickup | The item is on hold and waiting to be collected form the customer at our headquarters. |
| Awaiting Shipment | The order has been packaged and is awaiting pickup from the delivery carrrier. |
| Partially Shipped | A proportion of the your order has been shipped. The "Shipped" status will indicate that all items have now been sent to the customer for their order. |
| Shipped | Your order is shipped and has been handed to our delivery carrier for delivery. If sent by a trackable service, you will be able to track it online using our website. |
| Cancelled | You have chosen to cancel your order. If payment has been received, the money will be refunded. |
| Declined | Your order has not been passed through security checks. If payment has been received, the money will be refunded. |
| Refunded | If you have requested your order to be cancelled, your order status will show as refunded after it has been refunded you on PayPal. |
| Completed | Your order has been delivered successfully. (Usually "Shipped" is the last status.) |
